Starting Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour (depending on certifications: CPR/1st Aid, MAT, and/or CPI)
Responsibilities- General Purpose and Objective: provide effective and efficient daily direct-care services to program participants. During scheduled shifts, supervise, train, and assist all assigned customers, ensuring that the customers’ Individual Plans of Care are followed.
- Direct-care services may include, but are not limited to: supervision, training, documenting, and assistance with shopping, house-hold cleaning/maintenance, meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, toileting, ambulating, community inclusion activities, transportation, and accessing community resources.

- Sex Offender Registries (DOJ and DCI)

- This position requires that the employee be at least 18-years-old.
- This position requires that the employee present, upon hire, documentation that meets the requirements of the federal I-9 form.
- Basic computer skills and software knowledge for documentation; smartphone possession and usage is required.
- At least high-school-level reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Maintain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification.
- Maintain BHD/DD Medication Assistance certification.
- Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; at minimum, high-school-level reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
- Must obtain and maintain CPI certification.
- Must obtain and maintain BHD/DD Medication Assistance certification.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Intensive cognitive, verbal, and physical work; stamina to handle extended periods of problem-solving, interaction, and various physical tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo (shopping and cleaning) and up to 200 lbs with assistance (transferring participants).
- Responsibilities include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, squatting, turning, stooping, crouching, balancing, typing, writing, reading, computing, and arithmetic for most of the workday (approx. 95-100%).
- English language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension at least at a high-school level.
- Shift-flexibility; typical shift duration ranges from four to sixteen hours per day and may be extended based on workload.
