• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
• Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
• Flu Vaccination:
  Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request.
• Please include vaccination status in submission notes.
• Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
