Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health.

Experience:

Required to be a Rad Tech as they will be need to move equipment
Special Requests:
No travel pairs or trios.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

Drivers license required for submission
