Physical Therapist

Overview

InReach Physical Therapy (PRN) and its family of brands seeks to recruit a Physical Therapist in Casper, WY. The role focuses on providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients to help regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients  functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients  mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each patient s needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients  progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate.
• Meet the needs of having patients execute Plan of Care and follow up with patients if noncompliance occurs.
• Be a team player to utilize nonclinical staff to support the caseload.
• Delegate and use a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) when applicable.
• Participate in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision.
• Adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Doctorate or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes
