Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services

Life Care Centers is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services to support daily rehab operations in a senior living setting. This role assists in supervising therapy staff, coordinating PT, OT, and speech services, and ensuring high-quality, patient-first care. You will help manage treatment schedules, monitor documentation and outcomes, and support compliance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor clinicians, and contribute to program development.
