We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in human services arena (Psychology, or Social Work) required
• Have at least one year of professional-level experience in human relations or related field is preferred

The role of the Mobile Crisis Case Manager is to provide critical support to individuals facing mental health and related crisis in our community.

• Respond to mobile crisis dispatches and provide on-site de-escalation and suicide risk screening, safety planning, and resource linkage
• Offer empathetic listening and emotional support to individuals in distress
• Plans for and provides effective, understandable, and respectful service to both staff and consumers that are compatible with an individual's beliefs
• Generates accurate and timely documentation of service provision, provides accurate and timely summaries of client progress and/or service activities, which results in high quality records meeting all applicable standards and procedures
• Follow up with clients, make referrals, and collaborate with community partners and treatment providers
• Meets contractual obligations for the program that allows the program and organization to legally bill for services
• Provides linkage, monitoring/follow-up, referral, advocacy and crisis intervention and sufficient follow-up to ensure that clients are connected to needed services and supports both
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in human services arena (Psychology, or Social Work) required
• At least 1 year of professional-level experience in human relations or related field is preferred

• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen
• Completion of a background check
• Satisfactory Driving Record
