Surgical Technologist | Casper, WY | 13-Week Travel Contract

If you're an experienced Surgical Technologist who thrives in a dynamic operating room, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative surgical team across multiple specialties.

We're looking for professionals who are confident, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care throughout every surgical procedure.

Position: Surgical Technologist

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week

6:45 AM - 4:15 PM

9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

On-Call Requirement:

One overnight call shift per week

One weekend call rotation every 5 weeks (Friday night through Monday morning)

Current BLS Certification

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred OR minimum 5 years of Surgical Technologist experience

Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation

Prepare operating rooms for a variety of surgical procedures

Maintain sterile technique throughout each case

Scrub and assist surgeons during multiple surgical specialties

Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure instruments are readily available

Perform instrument counts and maintain patient safety standards

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff

Four-day workweek
