JOIN OUR GROWING CLINIC IN CASPER, WY.

Our clinic specializes in women's health and reproductive medicine, pain management, and anxiety/depression, though we are an all-encompassing general practice that serves ranchers, teachers, nurses, kids, moms, cowboys and veterans alike, as Wyoming has a wide-ranging demographic.

We're seeking an acupuncturist who prioritizes compassion, grit and hard work, creativity and courage as main tools for providing excellent healthcare and building strong rapport with patients.

Our ideal candidate is willing to learn and practice our clinic’s specific treatment protocols and is comfortable treating multiple patients (preferably two patients per hour). We are also on an mission to provide exceptional care through an exceptional work life balance. Our goal is for all employees to work a productive 4 days a week and thrive the rest of their week.

Sweet Grass Acu offers multiple modalities including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and gua-sha.

• Our compensation model for clinicians is a W-2 straight commission on treatments performed, which means you will have freedom to set your own income. Pay is commission based at $45-$90 hour, plus 25% commission on herbs, supplements and topicals.
• With a current waitlist of over 75 people, an associate could jump into a full time schedule within weeks of starting.
• SGA will pay for the practitioner's first year of Wyoming license and provide a moving stipend if applicable.
• All supplies and marketing provided by the business.
• We provide contributions to a Simple IRA and accident insurance.

Casper is the second largest city in Wyoming, and provides outdoor adventure, western culture, and affordable living. It has many outdoor activities available, such as hiking, fishing, and skiing. The community has been growing quickly over the past several years, adding new housing, restaurants, and businesses, making it a great opportunity for an up-and-coming practitioner. People here are kind, hardworking and community oriented (our city has been dubbed the most giving city in the US!)
