Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site role in Casper, Wyoming. This position supports a manufacturing environment and requires a hands‑on HR professional who can balance employee relations, compliance, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and discreet, with strong attention to detail and comfort working with payroll and HR data. This role requires regular engagement with production employees and supervisors, along with the ability to apply HR policies and labor regulations in practical, real‑world situations.
You will support payroll coordination, employee relations, policy implementation, and maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems, while partnering closely with leadership to ensure accurate employee information, consistent policy application, and compliant day‑to‑day HR operations.
Qualifications- Strong working knowledge of foundational HR practices with the judgment to apply them appropriately in complex, real‑world situations.
- Proven experience independently managing day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, payroll coordination, policy interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
- Working knowledge of payroll and HR systems, experience with ADP strongly preferred
- Experience developing, updating, and implementing HR policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across the organization.
- Experience administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, compliance oversight, and responding to employee questions with clarity and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with managers and employees at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or an operations‑based environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role preferred.
