Workday Solutions Architect (Fractional Advisor)

Location: Remote

Commitment: Fractional / Advisory (On-demand based on deal flow, ~10 hrs/wk)

We are seeking a Senior Workday Solutions Architect to serve in a fractional advisory capacity. In this role, you will provide expert technical and functional guidance during active deal cycles and pre‑sales discussions. You will act as a strategic bridge between complex business requirements and Workday's technical architecture, ensuring our solutions are both scalable and high‑impact.

• Deal Solutioning:
  Advise on the design and scoping of Workday implementations during the pre‑sales phase.
• Technical Advisory:
  Provide "hands‑on" insights into configuration, build feasibility, and system architecture.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Facilitate high‑level business conversations with senior executives and stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with corporate objectives.
• Architectural Oversight:
  Review and validate solution designs to ensure best practices across the Workday ecosystem.

• Deep Platform Expertise:
  Extensive, hands‑on experience with Workday configuration and end‑to‑end implementation.
• Architectural Vision:
  Proven ability to design complex ecosystem integrations and global solution architectures.
• Pre‑Sales Fluency:
  Comfortable navigating the nuances of the sales cycle, from initial discovery to final solutioning.
• Executive Communication:
