ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical strategist and trusted advisor behind the sale of multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives. You'll combine your technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and deep understanding of AP, AR, and Payments automation to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success. Your designs and demonstrations will become the blueprint for enterprise automation at Tungsten Automation’s customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives, particularly in the areas of AP, AR, and Payments automation.
- Architect and demonstrate enterprise solutions that leverage advanced AI/GAI technologies based on customer requirements.
- Design and evangelize technical approaches that simplify complex AP/AR automation challenges, including e-Invoicing, tax determination, and compliance with country-specific mandates.
- Collaborate with customers to uncover needs and provide feedback to the product team to shape platform capabilities.
- Showcase platform capabilities through innovative solutions using emerging AI technologies, ERP integrations, and payment workflows.
- Develop Return on Investment (ROI) models to illustrate the value of the solution to customers.
- Support the sales process by responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation requests, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and Tungsten Automation’s capabilities.
- Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to various enterprise personas, including finance, IT, and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership in AP, AR, and Payments automation, including compliance with global e‑invoicing mandates, tax regulations, and ERP system integrations.
- Utilize AI‑enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

Required ExperienceWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years of experience designing, selling, or demonstrating enterprise technical solutions, with a focus on AP, AR, and Payments automation.
- Expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payments automation, including e‑Invoicing, tax determination, and compliance with country‑specific mandates.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, JD Edwards, People Soft) and their integration with automation platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML solutions, including Agentic AI, MCP, Knowledge Graph, and Intelligent Knowledge Discovery and Search.
- Proficiency in modern development tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, CSS/HTML/XML, C#/.NET).
- Deep knowledge of system architecture, cloud architecture, and integration for enterprise solutions.
