Sr Manager Process Excellence

• Process Documentation & Mapping:
  Create and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process maps as assigned;
  Document SOPs, workflows, control points, and process updates;
  Ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, and rollout-ready.
• Process Analysis Support:
  Analyze transaction data, defects, rework, and inefficiencies;
  Support root cause analysis and impact assessments;
  Provide structured analytical inputs for process improvement initiatives.
• Performance & Change Support:
  Track defined KPIs related to quality, productivity, TAT, and SLA adherence;
  Support readiness activities for process or technology changes;
  Ensure corrective and preventive actions are reflected in updated documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in transaction quality, process analysis, or operations support roles
• Strong experience in process mapping and SOP documentation
• Good analytical skills and comfort with Visio, Powerpoint, Excel and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and structured execution mindset
