TELUS Digital is at the forefront of enabling the next generation of AI, and we're looking for a Senior Director, AGI Builders Sales
, to help lead that charge. We are looking for someone who can build, inspire, and scale a world‑class sales team while personally driving and closing some of the most complex and high‑value deals in the market.
As a senior leader within our Data Annotation practice, you will set the strategic direction for your team, cultivate executive‑level relationships with AGI Builders and Fortune 1000 clients, and act as a key growth driver for TELUS Digital's Data Annotation practice. You'll operate as a pod owner - aligning client market planning, pipeline development, and go‑to‑market execution across sales, marketing, and solutions teams - while modeling the consultative, high‑performance sales culture you expect from your team.

ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations, fostering a high‑performance culture, and driving consistent achievement of individual and collective revenue targets.
- Provide structured coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing development support to elevate team capability and accelerate growth.
- Drive the evolution of the current team while shaping the future‑state organization, ensuring sustained effectiveness, operational efficiency, and high‑impact outcomes.
- Personally own and advance a pipeline of large, complex enterprise deals, leading all stages from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders across multiple business units within target client accounts.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies that drive net‑new revenue, client account expansion, and long‑term strategic partnerships.
- Lead strategic deal planning, including mutual close plans and executive alignment strategies, with a deep understanding of enterprise AI maturity and data annotation requirements.
- Partner closely with Solutions Architecture and Delivery teams to craft compelling, technically credible value propositions tailored to the specific needs of AGI Builder clients.
- Act as the voice of the client internally - translating enterprise insights into actionable input that shapes product roadmap priorities, research direction, and delivery execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns, competitive messaging, and integrated strategies that accelerate pipeline generation and support sales objectives.
