As adoption of stable coins accelerates, they're seeking a Sales Director to drive new institutional partnerships and scale usage across the financial ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for someone excited by the evolution of money and committed to helping institutions enter the stablecoin era with confidence and clarity.

You'll be on the front lines of fintech transformation — shaping how stable coins are used for payments, treasury, and cross-border movement of value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales efforts focused on onboarding financial institutions to stablecoin issuance and integration.

• Identify and close new opportunities across banking, fintech, payments, and financial infrastructure.

• Educate decision-makers on stablecoin utility, compliance, and operational models.

• Collaborate with product and legal teams to deliver tailored, compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise fintech or crypto sales, with deep experience in digital assets or stable coins.

• Track record of winning high-value, consultative deals involving complex technical and regulatory dynamics.

• Strong understanding of blockchain-based payments, stablecoin mechanics, and financial system workflows.

• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders across finance, risk, and tech teams.
