Job DescriptionAs Head of Sales for Americas, you will focus on expanding the US business through IT Service engagements and project-based work for Generative AI, Data, Cloud Modernization, and Digital Engineering.
Responsibilities- Drive new business growth by focusing 100% on new logo acquisition, with expectations to spend at least 70% of time hunting for new logos while building a book of business.
- Develop and execute a differentiated GTM strategy targeting high‑potential industry verticals across North America.
- Leverage and co‑sell with strategic partners to drive pipeline generation and accelerate deal closures.
- 15+ years of success selling strategic IT Services, Project Services, or Managed Services (Cloud, Data/AI, and Application Solutions) and managing multi‑million dollar sales targets.
- Experience building partnerships and alliances with cloud partners—AWS, GCP, Azure, and other technology platforms.
- Prior exposure working with offshore delivery models and managing onshore/offshore dynamics.
This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based within the U.S. and be able to travel to meet with clients 25–50% of the time.
CompensationBase Salary: $250,000 – $350,000
Total Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000
