We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Contractor to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for contract extension. The primary goal of this role is to assist in implementing and enhancing end-to-end conversion tracking for ticketing purchases. The ideal candidate will ensure that traffic sources and campaigns are effectively tracked and accurately attributed to sales completions.

• Develop and implement robust conversion tracking solutions to monitor and optimize the performance of ticketing purchases.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and ensure accurate tracking of traffic sources and sales conversions.
• Integrate and configure Google Analytics to capture and report on user interactions and transactions effectively.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate tracking mechanisms into existing eCommerce platforms and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to conversion tracking and data accuracy.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics data to improve campaign performance and user experience.
• Document technical processes and tracking methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong focus on analytics and conversion tracking.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing Google Analytics, including setting up goals, events, and custom tracking parameters.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and their integration with analytics and tracking tools.
• Experience with online ticketing platforms is highly advantageous.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
