Role Overview
This position centers on delivering strategic sustainability expertise within established residential communities while providing forward-thinking input for upcoming developments. The role will drive sustainability-focused initiatives, integrate environmentally responsible practices into planning processes, and ensure the successful application of sustainable solutions across operations.

Sustainability Strategy & Planning
Design, implement, and oversee sustainability strategies for current and upcoming residential developments.
Align initiatives with global and local sustainability standards and regulations
.
Lead sustainability projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and environmental goals are met.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Offer expert advice on green construction
, energy conservation
, waste and water management
, and climate resilience
.Act as a resource for developers, design teams, and community stakeholders.
Conduct audits and evaluations of existing communities to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Develop and present sustainability performance reports and metrics for internal and external audiences.
Support the integration of green building certifications and compliance with environmental laws across both existing and new developments.
Assist in achieving and maintaining certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, Estidama
, or equivalent.
Work with internal departments, government entities, and community members to promote awareness and collective action on sustainability
.Encourage collaborative innovation and shared ownership of sustainable practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainable development
.Identify and implement innovative, forward-looking solutions for residential communities.
Develop and deliver training materials to build internal capacity and educate stakeholders on sustainability goals and practices.
Promote a culture of environmental awareness throughout the organization.

.Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior across all areas of responsibility.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, climate policy
, or circular economy-related roles
.Solid grasp of green certifications, climate change mitigation strategies
, energy and water conservation practices, and urban sustainability planning.Knowledge of international sustainability frameworks such as the UN SDGs and GRI Standards
.Experience in CSR
, circular economy
, or material efficiency is beneficial.Familiarity with carbon accounting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning (Master’s preferred).
Membership in a recognized professional body or institution is advantageous.
