The STIMWRX Field Operations Supervisor – Rocky Mountains oversees field execution, logistics coordination, equipment readiness, and customer interaction for stimulation operations across the region. This role serves as both an on-site technical representative and a regional operations lead, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective completion of STIMWRX stimulation jobs. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, field leadership skills, and experience with pumping, acidizing, or stimulation operations.

Candidates may be located anywhere within the Rocky Mountain Region
, including ND, SD, MT, WY, CO, or UT
. Travel to job sites is required (50% or higher initially), with travel needs expected to decrease as experience and regional familiarity grow
.

Responsibilities
  • On-Site Representative
    • When necessary, the STIMWRX Operations Supervisor will be on site to bring the shower trailer, aid in rig-up/rig-down, and help run the job.
    • Must be willing to travel on short notice to all districts in the region to aid in job completion.
    • Aid in rig up and rig down of the site if the account manager is not present or if the pump operator needs assistance.
    • The Operations Supervisor must be knowledgeable about STIMWRX products, potential damage materials, and pumping equipment.
    • Interact with company personnel or consultants on site to answer questions or adjust procedures to specific sites.
  • Field Sales and Representation (not on-site)
    • Follow up on jobs with customer on-site reps or field representatives.
    • Remediate issues on jobs with customers.
    • Visit rig contacts for continued relations and sales.
    • Visit field offices to build relations and introduce information.
    • Be willing to conduct field sales in all areas and assist areas with creating STIMWRX sales opportunities.
    • Relay opportunities for new chemistry or applications for customers’ needs.
    • Acquire contacts for corporate engineering sales to pass along to the team.
    • Deliver food or sales items as needed to the field; have lunch with field reps, etc.
  • Logistics Management
    • Coordinate and/or communicate with third parties for STIMWRX related work (e.g., bulk acid hauling, vacuum truck or water haulers, third‑party pumping).
    • Assist STIMWRX Engineers and the Logistics Coordinator in scheduling jobs and district STIMWRX allocated pump operators.
    • Maintain a running, organized schedule of jobs that is easily accessible.
    • Ensure required jobs have shower trailers and safety equipment/PPE.
    • After customer approval, assist in scheduling and coordinating field logistical aspects (e.g., site fit‑outs, setup).
  • Personnel Management
    • Act as an advisor for the pump operators allocated to the region.
    • Ensure operators, warehouse managers, and area managers are aware of upcoming jobs and are prepared with as much notice as possible.
    • Aid in resolving any issues and be prepared to help with any immediate questions.
    • Ensure preparation of the stimulation pump drivers.
  • Equipment Maintenance Program
    • Identify third‑party pump mechanics to service pumping equipment.
    • Collaborate with mechanics to devise a maintenance program for all equipment (e.g., monthly or weekly PM on pump skid, acid pump truck).
    • Ensure execution of the maintenance schedule and document all maintenance.
    • Confirm all pumping equipment is fully operational before deployment.
    • Develop intimate knowledge of all units to advise on short‑notice fixes, solutions, and repairs.
    • Ensure all hoses and fittings are in full working order and replaced as needed.
    • Ensure all units have required fittings for all types of jobs.
    • Develop and maintain an inventory of spare parts for all pump equipment.
    • All warehouses where units are housed must have a circulation loop or pressure testing system set up.
  • Post Job Reports
    • Ensure all computer/recording equipment on units is functional and utilized.
    • Ensure replacement of any transducers, relays, electrical equipment, etc., associated with computers.
    • Generate Post Job Reports for stimulations; send to customer representatives and the STIMWRX group, and/or hand USB job reports to the on‑site customer.
    • Include a summary of pumping events, any issues that arose, equipment malfunctions, or operational anomalies.
    • Track hours, volumes, etc., to ensure accurate billing checks.
