Ideal CandidateYou’re an experienced M&A professional with the drive, network, and discipline to manage transactions independently. You have a proven track record of executing deals and want the infrastructure, credibility, and flexibility to scale your practice under a trusted name.
Responsibilities- Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing
- Conduct due diligence, build financial models, and develop marketing materials
- Negotiate with sellers, buyers, attorneys, brokers, and capital providers
- Manage business development expenses to ensure sustainability
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions
- Help guide strategic conversations around firm priorities and goals
This is a performance‑based opportunity—there is no base salary. Managing Directors earn up to 90% commission on closed transactions under a shared‑cost model that covers operational and marketing support.
