The clinic director supervises the overall operations of the Wyoming Family Practice clinic in Casper, Wyoming, under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Essential duties include ensuring appropriate fiscal management of clinic operations, hiring and overseeing supervision of front desk, billing, lab, nursing, and case management staff, conducting annual department manager performance evaluations, ensuring completion of annual patient satisfaction and staff satisfaction surveys, participating in the development and implementation of EHCW policies and procedures, and overall operation and general management of the clinic including human resource management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or healthcare profession. At least five years of business office and clinic management experience in an outpatient medical or health care setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
