This is a full-time, on-site New Steel Laborer role based in Casper, WY. The New Steel Laborer will be responsible for handling, processing, and organizing steel materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Tasks include loading and unloading steel products, cutting material, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory, and assisting with the preparation and fulfillment of customer orders. The role also involves operating equipment, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals.

• Experience in equipment operation, including forklifts and other material handling tools
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented workplace
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with steel products is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities as required
