Inspection Operator

Responsibilities

• Support inspection activities using UT, MPI, LP, VT, or CE methods with certified equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications.
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of inspection equipment to meet safety standards.
• Assist in performing inspections using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Support routine maintenance of inspection lines and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Complete inspection reports and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Track and report hours of inspection experience and completed work.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in designated areas.
• Apply and follow all operating procedures during daily tasks.
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of inspection methods (UT, MPI, LP, VT, or CE) is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
