Job Overview
Scottsdale Mint, one of the world’s leading private mints and a global manufacturer of premium precious metal bullion and sovereign coinage, is seeking a Junior Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator to support both product merchandising operations and digital marketing execution.
This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple functions. The Junior Merchandiser will play a key role in managing product listings, pricing updates, and merchandising accuracy, while also supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SMS channels.
This position bridges merchandising and marketing—ensuring products are accurately represented online while also helping drive visibility, engagement, and sales through coordinated digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will contribute to a seamless and consistent customer experience aligned with Scottsdale Mint’s premium brand standards.
Responsibilities- Strong organization with a focus on product onboarding, pricing, merchandising execution, and eCommerce catalog management
- High attention to detail across SKUs, product listings, pricing accuracy and presentation
- Hands‑on experience or familiarity with merchandising operations, product catalog management, and online marketplaces.
- Concrete examples and the ability to analyze data, build reports, and provide actionable recommendations on product performance, pricing trends, and campaign results.
- Provide reporting based on product performance on retail, whole and online marketplace channels.
- Collaborative mindset working across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, finance, or marketing.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational, especially in product listings, SKUs, pricing accuracy, and merchandising updates.
- Experience working within eCommerce environments, including product setup, catalog management, or online storefronts.
- Familiarity with executing or supporting digital marketing efforts across multiple customer touchpoints (earned, paid or owned).
- Understanding of market pricing, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Woo Commerce, Shopify or proprietary) and online marketplaces (Walmart, eBay or Amazon).
- Experience using marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, ESP system, SMS, Google Ads and social media channels.
- Experience including campaign setup, segmentation, performance tracking and building out reports
- Experience collaborating with internal and external team members from creative, customer experience, production, operations and fulfillment.
