Banner Submission Requirements Must use Banner’s required cover page – 100% accurate with all highlights completed. Start date must match or be very close to the listed order start date. All RTO must be listed (less than 7 days total). No RTO allowed during the first week or holidays. List all facilities, states (e.g., Any AZ, Any CO, Any State), shifts, and departments the traveler is willing to accept.
All departments must be checked on the cover page. Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept. Notify immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
