Banner Submission Requirements Must use Banner’s required cover page (100% accurate with all highlights completed). Start date must match or be very close to the order start date. All RTO must be listed on the cover page (less than 7 days total). No RTO allowed during first week or holidays. List all facilities, states (e.g., Any AZ, Any CO, Any State), shifts, and departments the traveler is open to working.
Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept. Notify immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
