Must-Have:
Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept.
Candidates must start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and are not permitted during the first week of assignment.

Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments.
This will expedite the securing of an offer.

Candidates should list all departments they are experienced and willing to work in.
Candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.
Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
Candidates must have life support certifications from approved vendors.
Candidates should have no hits on their state license to practice.
Candidates must provide a driver's license to verify residency.
Medical and/or religious exemption forms for flu vaccination are available upon request.
Candidates with travel experience are highly preferred.
Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
All submissions must include a completed cover page.
Candidates must submit a resume detailing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed.
An ER skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.
