We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and visionary Associate Director, RN NE to lead and support our Women & Infants Services (WIS) team. This leadership role is ideal for a highly motivated nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
This position supports a broad spectrum of Women & Infants Services including:
- Labor & Delivery
- Triage
- Nursery
- Mom/Baby Postpartum
- Pediatrics
As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in clinical leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

- Provide leadership and operational oversight for Women & Infants Services.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to foster clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and evidence-based practices.
- Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and resource management.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, compassion, and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
- Serve as a clinical and operational resource for nursing teams across WIS departments.
- Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience in Women & Infants Services, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, or related specialties.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Leadership certification or Nurse Executive experience.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
