Schedule & Location- Per Diem
- Casper, Wyoming area (may change based on business needs)
A Registered Nurse for Home Infusion inserts, monitors, and removes IVs for medication delivery. During therapy the nurse monitors patients for adverse reactions, ensures equipment stays in place, performs phlebotomy when needed, records vital signs, completes assessment and documentation. The RN coordinates staffing, communicates with patients and staff, and documents scheduling and patient information.
Qualification Requirements- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- IV certification & experience in central line care and management.
- Current state RN license in location noted in posting.
- Minimum two (2) years of RN experience.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience in home care, critical care, emergency, AIC, or hospital discharge planning.
- Staffing experience and ability to multitask, communicate, and work interpersonally.
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for home visits and other health care facilities.
- Customer service experience, meeting quality standards, and evaluating satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- RN license in other states.
- Use the nursing process to schedule visits per protocols.
- Coordinate SOC and ongoing visits; confirm scheduling with patients and agencies.
- Communicate schedule to team via email.
- Follow up on therapy admin reports and distribute to involved teams.
- Review nurse notes for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain continuous communication with families, supervisors, field personnel, and agencies.
- Report problems to the referring MD and nursing office.
- Perform computer functions: input, reports, searches, schedules.
- Transmit patient/employee information to answering services as needed.
- Understand and comply with company compliance paperwork.
- Perform duties according to federal and state laws & ethical standards.
- Coordinate staffing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Insert IV cannulas, administer solutions, monitor sites, evaluate responses.
- Teach patients and caregivers home infusion administration.
- Prepare clinical records, care plans, progress notes per visit.
- Coordinate patient visit schedules and phone calls.
- Work at patient residence.
- Drive within state as assigned.
- Experience in home infusion or PICC/Port/Midline preferred.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexible scheduling, ability to work extra hours.
- Attention to detail.
- Perform related duties as requested.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.

Write clearly, edit, adapt style, present data, read & interpret.
- Proficiency in all required programs.
$45 - $60 USD
Physical DemandsOccasional standing, walking, sitting, hand use, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, speaking, hearing. Possible lifting up to 25 pounds. Required visual abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Other Requirements- Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training.
- Consistently act in compliance with LUX Infusion’s policies.
- Adhere to all standards and procedures in the Compliance Manual.
- Refrain from unethical or unlawful behavior.
