• Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patients' immediate conditions or needs.
• Perform ongoing assessments and administer treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Document patient findings and provide education and support to patients and families.
• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre‑ and post‑operative patients.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education plan as prescribed by the physician.
• Stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for prolonged periods; lift up to 20 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs when required.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• Certification: BLS, ACLS (minimum 2 years).
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
