Key Duties- Deliver compassionate, competent nursing care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial health.
- Assign duties and provide clinical guidance to CNAs.
- Make independent decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program and active licensure in the applicable state.
- CPR certification, maintained current throughout employment.
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledgeable delivery of nursing care, compliance with regulations, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
