• Required Qualifications:
  
  Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS certification is required. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, with a minimum of 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred; professional certification is advantageous.
• Additional Information:
  The position involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for adult patients on a medical-surgical floor. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, developing and executing care plans, delegating tasks appropriately, documenting patient progress accurately, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be able to respond quickly to patient needs, assist with patient transfers, and communicate effectively.
