The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in Post Anesthesia Care in a ambulatory setting in Casper, Wyoming, is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing patients' recovery following anesthesia procedures. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with organizational standards and professional nursing practices to ensure safe and effective postoperative recovery.

Schedule:

Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Wyoming, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Prior experience in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) or ambulatory anesthesia setting is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications related to anesthesia or perioperative nursing are desirable.

Additional Information:
The nurse will assess patients in the immediate postoperative period, administer anesthesia care, and monitor patient progress to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, performing assessments, implementing care plans, documenting patient status, and providing education to patients and families.
