We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Assigning duties and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current valid license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Competence in delivering quality nursing care
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients
