Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in a skilled nursing environment.

As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides high-quality nursing care to patients, aiming to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions,
assigning duties to and supervising CNAs
, and ensuring care complies with all laws and standards.

Qualifications include: graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the applicable state, and CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified).

Preferred experience: at least one year in skilled nursing.
