Home&Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses
- Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans
- Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in home care or a related setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
