• Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas; process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products, services, and self‑service technology to members.
• Ensure safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Zone, arrange, and organize merchandise; identify shrink and damages.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and other documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates, deliver new program rollout training, and provide continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; use the open‑door policy and support Walmart's values.
• Work as a team, mentor others, and promote a culture of belonging.

No minimum qualifications are required. Preferred qualifications include:

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
