Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and design? We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales/Design Consultant to join our showroom team. This temporary-to-hire position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth for a "people person" who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-task sales environment.

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Act as a positive, team-oriented sales professional within our showroom
• Engage with customers to drive retail, new construction, residential, and/or commercial sales
• Provide expert design consultation, assisting customers in selecting the best products to meet their specific needs and situations
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized showroom through effective merchandising
• Process sales orders accurately, including data entry tasks
• Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team atmosphere.

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or retail
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data entry
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and mandatory overtime as needed
• Strong attendance record and dedication to work performance are essential
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs.
