Personal Shopper; In-Store

Shift may start between 8:00am – 11:00am.

Shift may start between 1:00pm – 4:00pm.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers daily, selecting the right items and filling online orders across all departments. They dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the process. The pace is fast, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may require juggling shopping for online customers while assisting in‑store customers.

Paid time off (PTO) and/or paid parental time off (PPTO) can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. PTO limits meet or exceed local paid sick leave laws.

Hourly rate will equal or exceed minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, potentially multiple premiums.
