Menards seeks a Management Intern for a paid, part-time position in Casper. The 12-week program is designed to develop and prepare you for retail management through hands-on training and close guidance from store leadership.
You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build understanding of our business and how to lead in a store environment, with opportunities to assume more responsibility during the internship.
