Merchandising Lead

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, offering guidance and support to members regarding self-serve technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and promoting the company's products and services;
Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training associates, and providing direction on member service approaches;
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors and maintains the sales floor and product displays;
Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Monitors product quality, manages product rotation, recalls, sanitation standards, and signage/pricing; oversees order picking for club pickup; collaborates with managers and partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
