Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and uncovering opportunities others might miss? We’re looking for a Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive growth across North America by increasing aftermarket parts sales and helping customers maximize their investment in high-performance manufacturing systems.
In this high-impact role, you’ll support a portfolio that includes injection molding systems, PET preform equipment, and packaging automation technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team and customers to craft compelling value-based strategies that win business, build loyalty, and expand market share.
What You’ll Do- Partner with sales and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities in the installed base—bringing past customers back and deepening current relationships.
- Use analytics and customer insights to shape winning sales strategies and programs tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver value-focused presentations and create account strategies that help drive part sales while maximizing margin.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, bringing feedback to operations, pricing, and product teams to refine offerings.
- Oversee discounting and rebate programs, working alongside the sales team to negotiate and maintain Corporate Spare Parts Agreements.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales inquiries, conversion rates, and opportunity pipelines.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.
- Travel to customer sites (US and Canada) to foster relationships and develop customized spare parts strategies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles with a background in sales strategy, analytics, or account management
- A sharp analytical mind—comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident speaking with both internal teams and customers
- A collaborative, creative mindset with a natural ability to prioritize and organize
- Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic technologies (experience with injection molding equipment or packaging systems is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience in sales or operations
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and partners
