About the Role:

The Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that every guest's purchase experience yields an exceedingly high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate conducts consultative meetings with customers to provide an easy car-buying experience. Additional responsibilities include posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create an exceptional buying experience for every customer
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text; build relationships and generate new leads
  • Stay informed on product features and benefits, and maintain manufacturer-specific training
  • Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
  • Continuously grow your skills and meet performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Team player with a passion for taking care of the customer
  • Responsive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18, with a valid driver’s license and a favorable motor vehicle record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
