The Role

We are currently seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Partnerships Specialist (SEO) to join our team. In this role, you will strengthen the online authority of our brands (Inspira Advantage, Quad Education, and Juris Education) by identifying high‑quality backlink opportunities, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and building long‑term relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry professionals. The role is remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada or the US.

What

You’ll Do
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high‑value partnership opportunities that support SEO growth (e.g., content collaborations, guest features, resource listings, thought leadership placements).
  • Research competitor partnership and backlink profiles to understand industry trends and uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Prospect and vet websites, organizations, publishers, and influencers aligned with our audience and brand.
  • Initiate and manage outreach efforts (email, Linked In, and other platforms) to develop partnerships and secure high‑authority placements.
  • Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with webmasters, bloggers, journalists, nonprofits, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with partners on co‑created content, resource inclusion, expert quotes, and other mutually beneficial initiatives.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on partnership‑driven SEO performance using relevant tools.
  • Ensure all earned placements follow SEO best practices and align with Google guidelines.
  • Track and communicate campaign performance, including outreach activity, partnerships secured, and overall SEO impact.
  • Work closely with SEO, content, and marketing teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader growth strategies.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership development, link acquisition, outreach, or related roles (agency or in‑house).
  • Creative thinker who can develop unique collaboration ideas, value propositions, and outreach angles that stand out.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, especially off‑page SEO, authority building, and digital partnerships.
  • Proficiency with SEO, outreach, and research tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, personalized outreach messages.
  • Highly organized with strong research and relationship‑building skills.
  • Able to work independently, juggle multiple partnership pipelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and driven by results with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Nice to have: experience in digital PR, local partnerships, or content collaborations.

Compensation

Base pay starts at $60,000 USD. Actual compensation is dependent on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
