New York Life Accelerated Path to Management Program

Job Location: On-site at Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming, and Rapid City, South Dakota.

We will invest in you from the start to help you learn and grow as a financial professional. You will receive training in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management, and access to tools that support a career in management.

We are seeking motivated individuals who can answer yes to one of the following:

• Sales or managerial experience in another industry
• Experience running your own business
• Hold an MBA or an equivalent degree

• Begin as a financial professional, selling New York Life products and building client relationships.
• Meet specific performance requirements.
• Complete a six‑month intensive Associate Partner training program focused on recruitment, coaching, and team building.
• Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, driving sales and achieving unit performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, digital sales, prospecting, and marketing activities.

• Income structure: commission‑based as a financial professional; salary range of $60,000–$150,000 as an Associate Partner.
• Eligibility for bonuses tied to unit performance and recruitment and development incentives.
