Management & Sales Training Program

Sherwin-Williams is hiring for our Management & Sales Training Program, launching future leaders in our manufacturing-focused coatings business. In this comprehensive rotational program, you'll gain hands-on experience in store operations, B2B sales, and customer support serving construction, industrial, and commercial customers. You'll learn to manage inventory, merchandising, safety, and financials while developing territory sales skills and building key customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Complete a structured management and sales training curriculum across store, sales, and operations rotations.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Learn and apply B2
• B sales techniques to grow accounts in construction, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial customers, and key accounts.
• Analyze sales, margin, and inventory data to support local business decisions.
• Assist in managing safety, compliance, and store standards aligned with company policies.
• Participate in forecasting, ordering, and product placement to meet customer demand.
• Deliver product and solution-based presentations to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and logistics.
• Prepare for future leadership roles by developing people, process, and financial management skills.
