This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Casper, WY for a Well Site Geologist. The Well Site Geologist will collect, analyze, and interpret geological samples to guide drilling operations. Responsibilities include monitoring well data, providing real‑time reporting, interpreting lithological changes, and ensuring accurate geosteering. The role requires effective communication with drilling teams, and consistent delivery of high‑quality geological data for decision‑making.

• Strong experience in geological evaluation, including lithology and stratigraphy analysis
• Proficiency in geosteering techniques and interpretation of well‑site data
• Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and preparation of comprehensive, accurate reports
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and reporting on findings
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in remote on‑site environments
• Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline required
• Proficiency with relevant geological software and tools is an advantage
