Interface with internal team to understand NOV Service Equipment products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems resolved in a timely manner.;
Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products.;
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (mechanical, electrical).;
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems; performs field upgrades of software and hardware and trains customers on operation and maintenance.;
Prepare technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
