• Complete assigned tasks in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Engage with customers to identify potential repair or improvement opportunities and communicate project details.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including a presentable appearance and well‑maintained tools.
• Work independently while coordinating with management, office personnel, and customers.
• Punctually complete projects, delivering high‑integrity work and exceeding customer expectations.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with management, office staff, homeowners, suppliers, and commercial customers.
• Professional presentation, a reliable vehicle, and organized tools.
• Reliable, efficient, and committed to customer satisfaction.

• Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend work.
