Responsibilities- Operate hand controls on various Cat, John Deere, or Hitachi excavators to excavate trenches, dig holes, and load various size trucks on highway and similar moving construction projects.
- Experience installing and repairing sewer and water lines, trenching and excavating around underground utilities such as gas, power, water, sewer, and fiber optic lines.
- Experience with pulling trench boxes.
- Climb up and down stairs to enter and exit machines.
- Proficient operating machines in a variety of terrain, maintaining consistent grade while digging.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and communicate with supervision and co‑workers.
- Must have documentation for completing I‑9 form for employer.
- Must have resided in the state of Wyoming for at least 90 days.
- Resident includes any person who is a citizen of the United States, or a person who is authorized to work in the United States by an agency of the federal government, and has resided in the state of Wyoming for at least 90 days immediately preceding his/her application for employment.
