Position: Diesel Mechanic - Full Time

Overview

Join our team as a Diesel Mechanic and play a vital role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our oilfield equipment. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in diesel mechanics to ensure all tractors and trailers are inspected, repaired, and maintained in accordance with DOT / FMCSA standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose and repair oilfield equipment, including tractors and trailers.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on chassis, engines, and Cummins systems.
  • Conduct engine and fuel diagnostics using E.S.A and Cummins diagnostic tools.
  • Work on D.E.F and SCR systems, sensors, and injectors.
  • Perform annual inspections and ensure compliance with federal and state DOT regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all work complies with DOT/FMCSA standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet operational deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status and repairs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engine systems, including D.E.F, SCR, sensors, and injectors.
  • Proficiency in engine diagnostics and repair, particularly with Cummins engines.
  • Strong understanding of Federal and State DOT regulations, especially FMCSA standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.
  • Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on heavy‑duty equipment reliably and efficiently.
Schedule

Shift schedule will be either Thurs‑Sunday or Friday‑Monday.
